On The Verge of being MURDERED by Gwent Police

nwa

I’ve been TAKEN or Kidnapped by Gwent Police in advance of the Mental Health Act being invoked and being compulsorily detained in Mental Hospitals on approximately 40-50 occasions by now. It’s just prevented any real flow of liberty in almost anything I do from education, to work, to freedom of expression to family life. Anything. It just is out of control and it won’t stop, it won’t heal: it is a careering runaway train that nothing can be done about. Gwent Police are the St Jude of law enforcement anywhere. Approximately 7 years ago or so, I was being processed by them – rather just locked in the dungeons of Newport Central, naked or in your pants on a little blue mat in a very brightly lit cell staring at orange signs about drug abuse. I had to be transferred up to St Cadoc’s so I could commence my ‘time’. The journey is approximately 5 miles so even though you will be in quite unsavoury conditions for the trip, in a pair of tightly wrenched handcuffs, bouncing around in the back of a farmyard style empty tin crate in the rear end of one of their police vans, it’s not really all that far and unlike some of the other 40 odd mile journeys I’ve experienced, this is but a mere water off a duck’s back. After about 8-10 years of them making any work I did in the music industry or any other sector impossible, I just gave up on trying to get on with society and started just doing a hobby fulltime. I joined a travelling supporters club for Liverpool FC and travelled up to Anfield every week to watch the match live in the stadium and luckily for me 2005 happened to produce a vintage year for the club’s fortunes. Having been to Hillsborough as a young lad about 3 months prior to the actual Hillsborough disaster, this particular football tragedy, where 96 Liverpool Football fans were crushed to death in the stands #jft96, has really had an impact on me, as a lifelong fan of Liverpool Football Club. The Hillsborough Justice Campaign has been fighting for justice for the Hillsborough victims for about 30 years. One of the aims of the justice campaign is to get South Yorkshire, Chief Inspector, David Duckenfield, who ordered the gates at Hillsborough to be shut and thus directly murdered the…

An Example of Gwent Police Invading Shuffle Towers (2) – My Home

Gwent Police

This is an example of one of the many occasions in which Gwent Police during their two and a half decades of harassing me, have forced entry illegally into my home and place of work. On this occasion I was lucky enough to be able to capture them on video on my mobile phone – this is something that I would recommend and encourage the public to do when faced with witnessing any unlawful behaviour by any police force across the globe. On other occasions they have shot me, sent riot police, seriously assaulted me both physically and sexually and have done so on maybe 40-50 occasions. They have shot me, stripped me naked, sent riot police into my bedroom, had me locked with convicted sex offenders in their employment, naked in the cells at Newport Central Police Station (see Dr Darryl Watts category). The Gwent Police when invading my home always put me in handcuffs without ever having placed me under arrest and they just kidnap me off in the back of their vans and take me to either their Newport Central cells where they continue to physically and sexually abuse me or on to processing parts of the various local mental hospitals where they always continue to abuse you prior to your admittance under section of the mental health act. You cannot usually get to have a court hearing in the MHRT review tribunal for about 6 weeks and in any case only about 5% of these cases are won by psychiatric victims. During the many months of incarceration which you face you are forced to undergo Big Pharma treatment against consent where hardcore disabling pharmaceutical products are forced into your body. During this illegal forced entry into my home without a warrant, they came through, armed with tasers pointing and threatening me the whole way through as I backed away. They wanted to see my female houseguest who was asleep in the spare room and decided to wake her up, inquiring as to the nature of my mental health (????) The lady woke up and, rather shocked and annoyed shouted at them telling them to ‘Fuck Off!’ Usually I am alone in my property when they do this sort of thing and I was very surprised when they actually did, on this occasion, go forth and multiply. So they luckily left the building for once without dragging…

Signal Groove Jungle Section

signal groove

Last year in January / February 2019, I was placed under section 3 of the Mental Health Act and detained and treated against consent at St Cadoc’s Hospital for about four months. I had spent the evening doing a re-edit of this drum and bass track: Wez G – Signal Groove. I had met a nice Iranian Jungle producer and DJ at Fabric in London for the Metalheadz Christmas Party event with Fabio, Grooverider and Doc Scott and this new friend had expressed an interest in signing Signal Groove to a decent Drum and Bass label. I just needed to rework it slightly and get it mastered. Gwent Police turned up at end of studio session prior to me being able to save the new edited files. I ripped up a great new version. They handcuffed me and banged in the van and dragged me off and then at the hospital threatened to shoot me next time they see me in public about which I have a current IPCC complaint going on. I lost my court appeal case and the Indian / Pakistani psychiatrist Dr Megheri, who treated me believed whole thing was a ‘Delusion of Grandeur’ Obviously there is now a delay on this project but I will rework the track again and hopefully the business offer will still be on the table and it can be put out there to the dancefloors where it belongs. Mental Health Social Stigma: Disability Hate Crime in Caldicot

Wez G, Leanne Thomas (lee Lines) middle and her friend.

Wez G, (Lee Lines (Leanne Thomas (centre) I was first locked inside St Cadoc’s Hospital under Section of the Mental Health Act on 2nd April 1997. As horrific as experiences inside a mental hospital can be, once you are released back into the community things can be equally horrific if not more so. In the 22 years of non-consensual Mental Health treatment I have received for a misdiagnosed condition, I have never once disrupted or hurt any individual or group either in the community or inside the hospitals. I have a zero criminal record that I am very proud of. I can remember after a couple of months in hospital in 1997, finally getting out, and making a mad dash for the local pub. Before I went into hospital as a successful DJ and party promoter I had a very good standing in the community and a lot of respect. I loved my hometown of Caldicot with all my heart. As I walked into the Haywain for a much-needed pint, the place went silent. Everyone was just staring at me. You could hear a pin drop. Everyone, even those closest to you and even those who have always tried to treat me the same as they always have before and after 02.04.97, do treat you differently. I’ve learnt to deal with it in my own way over the years. The public perception of mental illness is really bizarre. I blame tabloids covering horror stories of schizophrenic knife attacks or banging on about famous Broadmoor prisoners such as the Yorkshire Ripper, Peter Sutcliffe. The facts are that a diagnosed schizophrenic is less likely to commit a violent crime than a member of the general public and they are more likely to be the victim of crime. Social stigma is a weird thing. As the years have progressed and the popularity of mental health has entered the mainstream, people are, in general, more accepting and less judgemental. However, you find it really strange talking to people. They sort of gaze at you, look through you and you can see their minds wandering off as you talk. They believe that anything that is emitted from your mouth is lunacy and insanity. You can’t strike up a sensible conversation with somebody who is doing this. They might interrupt and say the common phrase, ‘Oh, and how are you in yourself?’ I love that question…

Gwent Police and Senior Mental Health Managers Meeting

gwent police hq

On 26/07/17 I wrote to Gwent Police and senior Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Trust Mental Health Nursing Manager, Perry Attwell.   Hi Perry and Gwent Police, I have been wanting to write to you, with regard to the current status of my detainment under section of the mental health act at my home address. I have been subjected to the mental health act since 2nd April 1997. I have never been violent towards the police nor mental health workers during the 20 years in which I have been treated. At present, I feel that there is an over-reaction to me when I am processed for sectioning under the mental health act. There are up to 50 police officers in my street during a sectioning and the whole process is very daunting both for myself and also the officers. I am transferred in the back of the police van like a common prisoner and feel that this aggravated my early stay in hospital. As I am never aggressive, I am asking you that, for any potential future assessments, we have a low key approach whereby, if necessary the police can attend in a single car and transfer me in the back of a car, humanely, and so that my mental health in the community is preserved for any potential hospital assessment. I feel that as things stand, with such a hullabaloo raised, it doesn’t assist me nor my local community in the whole process. These most recent hospitalizations have cost me my career at university and I am really struggling to rebuild my life. I am never going to be violent or troublesome and do not wish to be portrayed in a bad light in my neighborhood with a vast police presence and a seemingly violent capture ahead of any mental hospital admittances. Also, Perry Attwell has mentioned to me himself that he would be arranging for me to be transferred directly to Talygarn and not being sent to the processing unit at St Cadoc’s. I ask for a response to this letter as I wish to improve the oft fractured relations I have with this whole service as part of my processing under the Mental Health Act. Theresa May says that she wishes to improve Human Rights for mental patients and here I believe that, at grass roots, I am helping to do just that. Regards Wesley Gerrard…

Report on Mental Health in Southeast Wales for John Griffiths AM and Jessica Morden MP

bedlam

I have been a non-consenting patient of southeast Wales’ mental health services since 2nd April 1997. I have almost amassed twenty years of living within this closed mental health system. I write this report with a view to enacting real change for the better for myself and other end users of the mental health services in our area.   Ideally I would like to see the Mental Health Act scrapped in parliament. I feel that it is antiquated and rooted in Victorian Bedlamism. Psychiatry is not a science. At best it is a pseudoscience. There is little actual medical evidence for most, nearly all mental illnesses. Mental illness, unlike normal illness, cannot be scientifically assessed. If an illness cannot be scientifically diagnosed, how can it be an illness? The blood, body, mind of a schizophrenic is exactly the same as a healthy person. There are no biometric markers that indicate a sickness in someone’s mind. The point is that mental illness is not pathological. Cancer has its markers, as does AIDS. As these illnesses can be scientifically studied and examined, they can also be scientifically treated and hopefully cured. What hope is there for a cure for mental illness if the illness itself cannot be determined scientifically? This point exposes the myth that mental illness is untreatable and cannot be cured. It cannot be cured as it does not exist in the first place. I was given a diagnosis of schizophrenia in 1997. Schizophrenia is apparently an incurable disease. This is not true as it does not exist and I have never suffered the symptoms psychiatrists identify in schizophrenia. For 19 years I have been confident that I have been misdiagnosed and yet I still experience treatment and simply cannot evade the system.   Big Pharma is the driving force behind the mental health industry. For every identified illness there is often expensive treatment available from big global pharmaceutical firms. Drugs companies rarely see their share prices topple and mental health is a very profitable sector. With all this big business and money flying around I often worry about exactly how precise and effective these treatments are. There must be a more ethical means of turning a profit for Big Pharma than mental health drugs, drugs that are often used against the consent of patients.   Treatment against consent is my biggest bugbear in psychiatry. In every branch of…
